Your dog or cat can stay in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the familiar sights, smells, and routine they know.
You can be away. Their routine doesn’t have to change.
• We are fully insured and bonded. • Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment; no spot is guaranteed until payment is received. • 50% of bookings are non-refundable. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a 50% credit (no refund), valid for 90 days. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. • Recurring weekly bookings: Once confirmed by payment, cancellations of any kind are not eligible for refunds or credits. • Key exchange may incur an additional trip fee if an extra visit is required solely to pick up or return keys. • Rates may change.
